Learn to Relax Naturally - Kingsfield Kalm's First Event!

One of the exciting new developments for cmhypnotherapy is that I have joined with three colleagues to form KingsfieldKalm.  We are a group of four friendly, experienced complementary therapists dedicated to teaching you techniques that will help you to relax naturally, so as well as hypnotherapy you can enjoy aromatherapy massage, reflexology, yoga and meditation.

We will be holding our very first event on 21st July 2012 between 11am and 2pm at the Kingsfield Centre for Physiotherapy in Bushey.  Admission to the talk is free and you will be able to sign up for 20 minute taster sessions for £15 each.

  2. The Brain doesn't draw a clear distinction between what's imagined and what's real. Therefore, thinking about relaxing thoughts can make you relax. Ideally, Visualizing relaxation. I live in New York and I've been to many hypnotherapist including Carl-rogers Advanced Hypnosis Center(www.ahcenter.com) and to a Certified Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner in New Jersey ( http://www.njhypnosisforchange.com/ )The NLP Helped me alot from relaxing to stop cravings.
