New research has suggested that using a mobile phone could protect against Alzheimer's and maybe even reverse the effects of the disease.
Scientists working with mice have cured them of Alzheimer's by exposing them to the electromagnetic waves produced by mobile phones. The electromagnetic waves erased sticky deposits of a harmful protein in the brains of the mice and the memory and cognitive levels of the mice returned to normal.
The US researchers believe that this discovery could lead to an effective, drug-free way to treat and prevent Alzheimers.
